La fibromyalgie est une maladie à la fois complexe et simple.
Complexe parce que chaque patient la vit différemment ce qui fait penser à l’élaboration d’une thérapie sophistiquée.
Simple parce que chaque patient a une pathologie du substrat métabolique.
Pathologie qui nécessite une palette d’alicaments, plantes, minéraux, enzymes, etc. naturels – tableau ci-après.
Il ne suffit pas d’ajouter, il faut sérieusement soustraire !

Pour la fatigue chronique, le métabolisme a sensiblement les mêmes besoins que pour la fibromyalgie.
