Gore : La chimiothérapie a eu une influence majeure sur la palliation de la maladie chez les patients atteints de lymphome de bas grade ; cependant, il n’a pas beaucoup influencé la longue histoire naturelle de ce groupe de maladies et aucun patient n’est guéri par cette modalité ou toute autre.
